Has anyone tried adjusting the parking brakes as described in this TIS?

If so, did it “fix the lurch” described in several of the previous posts?
And
Do both adjusters have right handed threads?

FWIW I started to adjust my parking brakes today and took these photos with a WiFi inspection camera.

It looks like my adjusters have never been touched. Although I wonder just how much wear an X5’s parking brakes get. Never the less, I was game to try but couldn’t find my long thin screwdriver. Of course as soon as I had the X5 lowered back down and the tools put away, I remembered where the screwdriver was
