Maybe I'm just not hearing it right on video, but I don't hear the starter clicking. I think the click is the throttle body or the DISA flaps moving. Have you tried to scan for codes again now that the IBS is unplugged?

Try putting the jumper cable ground on the engine lifting lug and the other end on the cable to the ground lug on the shock tower. Do not connect 12v and see if it starts.

I havent had time to check the codes. Been busy at work lately. I do however believe you are right about the dampener opening and shutting. I have continued to trace back the small 12v wire that plugs into the front of the starter. It does not have 12 volts on it. So i have been tracing back from the starter. That must have something to do with the starter not engaging?

That small 12v wire goes to your CAS (car access system). It will only be at 12v when the starter is actually commanded to start. Most of the issues that would lead to a no-start should throw codes.

Looks like could be a module killing the power somewhere - you need a code reader dude - need to work out whats up before you go guessing

it did turn over when i i put the 12v on it.

Also, i bought a code reader specifically for this. I am just not very proficient with using it.
