The differences are huge, in price and looks! Probably a no go with the hitch.

In the accessories brochure... for the aero kit, it states: (Only with standard bumpers. Not in combination with Trailer Hitch Kit, Page 9, Item A.)

Page 9 has the Trailer Hitch Kit (Class III).
