I would not drive on a windy day over 40 mph, unless its the first tuesday in the month. The only exception is today, if its windy you can driver over 80 to get your iPhone.

ahhhhhh
yes the X5 does not handle windy days very well...yes I too experienced this. On a windy day you can feel the X5 pulling at speeds over about 75-80 mph.

I am not sure if the orginal poster is asking about cross buffeting of winds or torque response and gearing at higher speeds.
I have no issue with either. I have no tracking issues and when speeding up the tranmission drops down a gear and off I go. |
