Unlikely, 27.1 has a September release date.

I scheduled my vehicle in for the v27.1 update on Tuesday (Oct.22) and I am still waiting for the car back. Seems that the update did not take and some other issues are rearing their heads. Footwell module and headllight module need to be replaced. I doubt if I will have the car back today since they will have to run the update again which can take overnight. Hopefully this update will be worth it.

I had mine scheduled for 22/10 too. It needed to be run twice as well. Apparently it self aborted halfway through. Allegedly takes 6 hours to install.

my X5 is going into the shop on Wednesday for a similar IPOD adapter problem. If it takes three days I will go out of my mind.

does anyone have any more info on the MUL2 you refer to?

I want to make sure they get it right the first time.

I have also been complaining to the reps at mbusa that they have a systemic problem with the ipod adapters that needs to be addressed but they have blown me off by saying they are sure my dealer's service dept. will take care of my problem.

why don't i trust them

Well I have to wait another day now. The headlights modules need to be replaced and then re-re-re-programming!!!
