Comfort seat's headrest is different from the standard/sports package seat's headrest. I have the sport package. The button on the side, when depressed, allows to move headrest front/back.

Excellent choice! Classic color combo.
BTW, as for the backup camera, there's nothing the dealer can "look into." Every one off the production line sucks, and the only way to fix it is to buy one aftermarket.
