If you have the seat memorized as M1 with one key and you leave and come back with that same key, the seat will not move every time for there is no need to change anything. If you come back with a second key with different settings, then the seats will move for that key.

p.s. its only the stirring wheel that moves every time you enter and exit the car. Not necessarily the seats. I think some of the the Acura seats go back to the 'default' position every time exit and then comes back to the memorized position matching the key. I could be wrong though.
but...what if you have M1 set and you then move the seat all the way forward. Exit the car then re-enter with your key. Souldnt the seat reset automatically to M! w/o pushing the button?
