Daytime Running Light on X5

Is there a way to program X5 to have DRL on ? I mean the flash to be always on like it is in USA models ?

Should be a setting in the idrive menu. Here in Canada we can't turn them off.

That's true. It exists in menu but I do not mean the lights. I mean the turning lights (flash)

Not sure what you mean by "flash" but in the menu you can set the single blinker or triple blink for lane changes. Flash to pass you manually pull back on the stem.

Please excuse my poor english. When I say flash I mean the turning light (orange color). I think that in USA these turning lights are always on and become brighter when you choose to turn. This does not happen with European cars.
It is true that I can set with iDrive the standard lights to remain on during the day but my question is if there is a way to do that with turning lights also !

I am not sure. If you play around with the light switch there may be a setting that allows you to turn these on or the "parking lights" on during the day.
