Yes, it's hopeless in the dark (you can see nothing) and is subject to glare in bright conditions too.

That's a real shame. I was going to buy it this week. The rearview is important to my wife. The crash ratings are great and I really like the PDC when I tested it on my 5-series rental. I guess I'll have to settle for a MDX.

-my back pack + passenger seat = annoying seat belt sound.
-the headrest makes a noise when i'm driving.
-my left tail light LED isn't working.
-the radio station switches to the weather broadcast whenever i start up the car again.
-the steering wheel vibrates and makes a weird squeaky noise whenever i move it.

y5choi that problem can be solved by replacing an electrical sensor in the seat make a trip to your dealer but yes it was one of the annoying things about my x5

When I open my doors -- If it's raining outside, a lot of water comes pouring down onto my seats because there is no rain guard system on the doors. Very very very annoying.

Anyone come up with a solution for this?

Take the car immediately to the dealer. Tell them you don't understand why rain gets in an open door, ask for an immediate lemon law replacement. Talk about a flawed design, opening a door in the rain and the rain actually gets in the car....
