I don't own one yet. It's being built right now. Should be finished tomorrow! I don't believe there's a button to just turn off the a/c or heat. One has to keep pushing the fan button until it turns off. Is that correct? That's how it was on my '01 530. It drove me crazy! They did away with that on my '08 535. Now it looks like that's what the X5 has. Bummer!

You got it.

Hope you know that the X5 will always turn on the AC by itself when you start the car (if it's been off for more than 15 minutes). Pretty annoying.
