Just cleaned up some.

I got many people asking about the unit. I hope to gather 5 or more persons to setup a group buy.

Hi all,

Getting a lot of people interested of the video unit and rear camera. In order to get the ball rolling. I think I should take 10% of deposit ($320 + shipping for the unit) to get the exact head count. I need 5 or more units in order to get this price and shipped. When I get 5 deposits, I will let you guys know to send me the rest of the payment in full before I ship. Prefer Paypal.

For the rear camera as you see the picture from my previous post. You can get it from me for $78 including shipping anywhere in US or from ebay (it looks same as what I got)

Instruction and installation tip for Video unit

I will provide factory instruction along with diagram for the video unit, hands-on instruction for how to remove the front panel, Nav screen and connection of the video unit.

Insutriction for running rear camera cable

I will provide insturction of how to remove door sills, rear side panel, rear door hatch panel for you to run the cable.

Note:

This will be perfect if you do not have OEM rear camera since the OEM plastic housing is ready for you to install the aftermakret camrea. But For anyone who want to replace their existing OEM camera, please check for yourself before you do it because I do not know how the E70 system react (error message or else) when you replace the OEM with aftermarket camera system.

Us_matrix:

1.-Just want to clarify if those 320 includes shipping or is shipping extra?. Im located in New jersey 08330.

2.- How different is your module from this one:

BMW E90 1 Series - E90 3 Series - E60 5 Series - E63/E64 6 Series - E70 2007+ X5 - iDrive TV Nav Video Input Interface For iDrive. Connect a DVD Player, TV Tuner, Reverse Backup Video Camera, iPod Video, Aftermarket Navigation, Car PC Or Other AV Sou

Its basicaly the same price, but I rather buy it from you since you have done it already. is it the same module or a better one.

3.- Where do i send my reservation money?. In serious. Should we make a list?. or open a new group buy thread.

4.- Finally fix your links or PM the instructions since i wanna see what parts I will break before I start this project.

For Video multimedia interface

$320 plus shipping and shipping cost for priority mail to you would be $8

I cannot speak for others they look almost the same in outside the case but with different wording. And one thing I like to let you know that most of them out there are made in China or Taiwan where they copy the one I am selling and using (Made in Korea). In quality, they cannot compare to the one that made in Korea. Why I knew that??? I was just like everyone of you to check before I order and they replied Made in China or Taiwan.

Yes, We can make a group buy thread under X5 froum.... I accept paypal. I hope you understand the reason why I want 10% ($30 deposit) and really get the ball rolling. I will let you guys know when I get 5 deposits and then you can pay in full before I order the units.
