Very nice. Thanks for the good write up and pics. My aerokit is being painted right now and my wheel flares are in the garage. Will go on soon. Maybe I will install at my friend's dealership to use their lift, since it seems to be easier that way. Where did you get the plastic rivet gun?

I order this:

Marson 48000 Klik Plastic Rivet Setter with Pouch

Worked great and you dont have to remove the tire to use it.

nice job with the step-by-step pics, first time seeing such detail on the aerokit install. I have a question with the rear aero...

My side aero there is coming away from the body a bit... it is no longer flush against the bumper like the opposite side. Do you think that's just a loose screw somewhere or did it slide out of some plastic retaining part? Or over time, these things may get warped?

If I had to re-set it, I'd have to remove the big center piece first? Also, where was adhesive used if any?

It probably came off the carrier, which is the plastic retaining part underneath. I dont think it is warped.

You just need to remove the center piece to get access to it. Just remove the self tapping screws, I believe there is a total of 5 and repostion the piece.

The instruction said to use some betalink but I didnt put it on because I will be getting the clear bra this weekend and will probably need to remove the front aerokit.

Hope this helps..if you need more pics let me know.

Great pics and write up. The kit looks fantastic and really adds some sizzle to the D.

Beautiful, love the VRed with the aero-kit. It does look a shade too bright from the pics.

Thanks JaaX3. Yeah its off. I brought it over to the body shop that did the paint. The guy is going to respray it darker. He had no problem matching the reflectors. I'll have it in a few days and it will be back on.
