Private party will- make that must- adjust price. They should drop as low as say $1000 over the dealer trade in allowance. Online pricing represents 'hope'. Dealers know they are the only place for that vaunted "cpo" and will hold out for the needy buyer.

I would not own this car without an extended warranty unless you are a BMW Tech. I'll likely consider one in 30k miles.
