Question about the Toyo Tire

I'm trying to get 20" wheel with 275/40/20 FRONT AND 315/35/20 REAR TOYO PROXES ST II TIRES (all season)
Does anybody got this tire??
Is this tire good for snow?

I have these tires for about 3k miles and so far they are very good, the road noise is minimal and handling is great. Can't comment on treadwear or snow usage tho since I live in sunny So Cal... For the price point I think they are a very good tire.

Thanks Robert!
How do you feel different between when you drive with 20" wheel and drive with 18" ???? Isn't 20" feel too hard? or feel smilar as 18" ? ? ?

Hey how do you know my real name - stalker!

20" feels lighter vs. 18" but handling is better as even though it's a bit lighter, it tends to grip more since the width is wider than previous. Now that I've been driving with 20" a few months it's hard to remember exactly what 18" feels like haha.

i have the 19s with over 30K on them. i like these tires. i have noticed the wet traction has begun to fall off some lately. when new i would blast thru standing water, i am a bit more cautious now with 30k+ on the tires. dry traction still rocks.

can't speak for snow. when it snows here we all stay home.

O/T but I was like haha yeah! the same here about staying home when it snows. Then I saw you are also in NC. Nice

They're good for all season tires, sorry I can't offer help with the winter performance.

I have two friends who run that set up year round. seems to work out pretty well. I mean obviously they wont be bulletproof like dedicated snows, but it's not like you will be driving in the arctic tundra! I think you would do very well with them year round

i have TOYO PROXES ST II TIRES on my 20's but i only use em for summer, i did have em on last year until we had our first snow, and the X didnt handle pretty good at high speed with these toyo's. i remember she was all over the road. i had to park it until i had time to put my winter set (18's) back.

thanks.

Why didn'y you use your 20" in winter? because of danger?
i'm thinking about sell my 18" and just get 20" with TOYO tire.
is that kind of danger driving with 20" with Toyo in snow?

no, not b/c of danger, its just my 87's are chrome and i dont want to risk it & get salt chip on em. it gets nasty out there in the winter time with snow & slushy roads & etc.. alot members here have 20's all year around, but i cant remember wat kind of tires they have on for winter time... if u do ur search here you'll find tones of info.. most members here have 2 sets as well for winter & summer & i chose that rout since we get alot of snow & i do alot of city/freeway driving & i want to be safe. thats just my 2 cent
