It looks like 336 20 rims are no charge option now I just might cancel my order

They look different. Halos are white color.

Meiac09 did inform us that they are coming in spring, in this thread. He spotted them on X5s around factory

Pricing change is effective April 1st, so they should be starting production in March. Watch this page, it will be updated the day they start 2012 X5s --> Factory Milestones

So I just ran the numbers of the 2011 MSRP vs 2012 MSRP the X5d. Adding options and packages to the 2011 to equal what the 2012 has standard.

With the inclusion of the ECO credit ($3,500) on the diesel. The price was the EXACT same.

That means the only difference is the new headlights. Not sure if I want to wait two months for that. My dealer says he doesn't think you can order them for the next 60 days. Besides my wife wants to do PCD in the spring as a vacation while it's cold up here.

I wonder how much the 2012 headlights will be to buy from the parts department? I have to imagine it's just plug and play for 2011.

Your dealer is wrong. He wants to get rid of their 2011 stock. People will be ordering these next week.
