right the 07s didn't have the auto tailgate or auto hold.

The safety feature in the auto-hold is if you get off the seat a bit, like when you turn around and reach toward the back seats, the green park symbol will turn red and the vehicle won't move at all. This should've happened but I guess you hit the accelerator before getting off the seat turning around.

Weasel will become famous soon enough
Nuke proof? HAHAHA! That's awesome! And I see some shotguns leaning against the side.... I'm about to buy a new rifle myself and am still tossing up between a few ideas. I found out there is a local mud play/racing event where I'm moving to every month, so I'd might have to build up another mud truck in the future. (missing certain aspects of the decades past now)

I've got a big diesel (no stacks, and only 35" tires), own an AR-15 and a select few others....and ride dirtbikes.....born and raised in big cities.....enjoy all of them....but dont consider myself a redneck....

Sorry for the accident, that sucks...ours has auto hold, but never use it...not many hills in AZ and made it in traffic w/o one for several decades.....

OP has a '10 35d. Anyone with an '11 35d get it to work? Do you have to have some option like the auto cruise or something?
I have a '11 35d and it works as intended. You should bring it in.

yeah i love my truck lol. build thread can be found here. honestly i got a lot of flack from my 4x4 buddies when i baught the X5 since its alot nicer than what they drive. and truthfully it has really spoiled me. i keep thinking of selling my truck to buy a range rover for my off roading adventures... the leather heated seats, heated steering wheel, and power everything is nice... lol. "nuke proof" is a bike part manufacturer that makes stuff for downhill and free ride type bikes. not all those guns are mine, but we where shooting skeet that weekend so i borrowed a few from my brother. I love my X5, my trucks maintenance has slipped due to the upkeep though lol...

Nice. I had a 2005 Nissan frontier....

And my old 08 Honda 450. (loved that bike) anyway, because I'm into the Moto scene I thought it would be fun to 4x4 too. So I got a truck threw a bunch of money at it to make it off roadable and had fun doing it.... But the other people in that "sport" where less then civilized. I exploded my front diff on the trail. Dude pulls up in a monster Chevy, asked what happend. Half way through my sentence explaining he yells out that I shouldn't have bought a ch**k made Obama loveing POS and drove off. I guess I should have know better. GOP at it's finest!

I have to say the Auto H is the most worthless option. It is not like pushing in your break is like holding in a 1987 Porsche 911 clutch in rush hour traffic.
