I'm dealing with Orange County BMW because Life Quality is the worse dealer, I've ever tried to deal with ! OC BMW also gave me the best deal at that time, only $500 above the invoice price. Going back to OC BMW, on wed they were telling me that my number was already taken by Manager. Then when i placed my order, my sales lady(CA) took that number without verifying it w/management and builded my car on that production number. Basically the manager took his number back. Do I believe them, NO; but even if they are telling me the truth they should just let me keep that number. (IN this case this manager is being selfish and doesn't care about his customer) They gave me a new prod number that is 6,336 production numbers higher and they told me that it is only one week difference. I really didn't care at that point anymore. I told them that I don't believe in anything in what they are telling me. I Know that I should get my deposit money and go somewhere else but then I was thinking that it will take me even longer now to start over with new dealer and get my car, so i told them that I will keep this number, only; if it's a one week difference. They gave me free BMW app 6NR for inconvenience and 35% off on any accessories.

Today two days later I called the 800 # with the new production number, which was 6,300 productions numbers higher then my first one; and the machine + a Live person told me that my car went into the production yesterday (Thursday)11:47am. I was excited again. Basically, I'm only behind 6 days but I lost a lot of nerves just from dealing with them after that incident. Oh well, it could be worst. I lost 6 days but I got free BMW app and they are giving me 35% discount on any accessories that I will buy later.

Life Quality!? hmmm. First time I went there they didn't let me look inside the Black X6 5.0 that they had on display (I think that a salesperson didn't take me as a serious buyer. Maybe because I look much younger than 32, maybe 25? What he didn't know is that I make +6 digits/year. They also never called me back. Second time I went there about a month later and had the same exact experience with the same sales guy. He didn't want to work on a deal with me at that time. When i asked him if there is someone to look at my Audi Q7 to give me a quote on the trade, he told me that there was nobody there that day(BS). I knew that the reason they didn't feel like dealing with me was because it was february and they didn't have the pricing yet for 2012 models. They knew that they are not going to sell me a car that day. At the end he told me to call him back in a few weeks Awesome customer service when they are telling you to call them back

I may have taken your production number. I was told by BMW NA that I was given somebody's production slot because I had a buy back due to my car being at the dealer for 60+ days and bmw could still not fix it. BMW NA re-allocated the production number and not the dealer. I was approved the buy back on the 4th and the car is reaching the dealer this week.... sorry if it was yours.

I don't get it... your first two experiences were bad yet you still went back only to deal with more of the same and even then stay with them for the purchase. If people are willing to accept crap service then dealers like this will continue to provide it.
