Over the weekend I tried to program my Presets, and it worked!

I wonder if Sirius updated the BMW software over-the-air. Anyone else try to reprogram their Presets?

Took the X5 in on Friday, two hours later, problem solved and presets were programmed by the service dept. I am also able to change and update them now.

I really wish that were the case for me. Tried to store a preset on my way home today (after reading your post) and nothin'...

Looks like I'll have to bring it in. Such a PITA.

I had my X5 re-coded last week after the LCI tail lights were installed...I wonder if that had anything to do with it. My dealer said they didn't hear anything from BMW NA regarding the Sirius Presets issue.

I stopped by the dealer yesterday and they acknowledged the issue and flat out said that there was not a fix yet and that BMW and Sirius are working on a solution. He said that there is a way to store presets through some kind of hard reset now but that they would be permanent presets that couldn't be modified unless I went back to the dealer. He suggested that I wait until BMW figures this out and come in and get it fixed correctly.
