Uh, you don't need to get a Turbo S to still have a luxury SUV. Nor do you need the top end AMG MB SUV either. You can't just compare specific top end models to a "BMW X5" without stating a model. Now if you compared the X5M to the AMG, maybe. But you are basically saying a X5 3.0i is comparable to a MB AMG SUV.

Really, I'm pretty sure my X5M sits near the top of that heap in terms of both price and performance.

My 3.0 X5 M Sport, maybe somewhere in the middle in terms of price.
It's a great car though; just a little under powered.

Still, I'd buy it befor any of the others you've listed.

The Volvo XC60/XC90 are also considered luxury SUVs and are considerably less expensive.

Unless you get nuts with options (same with BMW), then MB GL350, Lexus RX series, and Audi are all cheaper than the X5.

It's interesting to see the breakdown of income levels though. I find anyone actually posting their income to be lacking in manners however.

Agreed. That's why I setup a poll. That way it would be anonymous. While making the thread I thought to myself that there would definitely be a few people who would post their incomes. To brag? Not sure. But how else can you take that? Especially when you're posting $200k+ incomes.

I don't think people are being truthful in this poll.
