for the longest time I had a vibration issue above 60mph and 3 or 4 shops couldn't get it to go away, including road-force balancing... the other week I decided to give it another go after a year of leaving it alone - regular gas station shop who had a newer hi-speed balancer - lo and behold... it's perfectly fine now. They used clip-on weights on the inner rim instead of the stick-ons.
Wheels bought a few years ago from http://www.wheelsandcaps.com - make sure you inspect them during delivery in case you need to refuse.
