PAX5 is on a distinguished road
I'm located in the Lehigh Valley, PA and used a local machine shop to do exactly that ... they bored out my OEM style 87 wheels from 72.56mm to 74.1mm. They did a perfect job, right on the money, within 0.001" tolerance! PM me for contact information.
