What are you driving...?
Maybe I missed it, but what is the vehicle?
If you are driving something with twin turbos (///M) those are most likely the water to air intercoolers. They are used to cool the intake air (air is heated when compressed by the turbos) before it is fed into the engine. Just a thought, 95wildtt
