70- 80% off MSRP.

Most wheel manufacturers have price controls in place and retailers cannot offer discounts past numbers set by the mfg. Varies a bit. But resale of perfect wheels is usually within 10-20% of that floor. As defects rise, price drops.

Not sure about vossen, never struck me as high end- but that's just me. Make sure you understand the difference between forged and cast.

With a 20" staggered set of these wheels being 9" & 10.5" widths vs. the OE widths of 10" & 11"; if ordered with the correct offsets, this will leave me the same vehicle footprint as stock right? I will use standard OE size tires (F:275/40/20, R:315/35/20)

Are there any issues with this setup? or do i have a bad understanding of wheels? I would like to keep the current ride/performance quality. Thanks for the help.

I wonder about the 315 tire width and 27mm offset of the Vossens rear; it may be very tight b/w inner edge of the tire and the body. The stock offset for staggered is 35...37.

I'm assuming your response was to my last post and not the original poster since you mention the 315 size wheel. My vehicle is a X5M and stock offset for my wheels is 40/35. The non-M X5 has different stock values. Also, I was speaking of purchasing a new set from a reseller with the proper offsets for my vehicle, not the used set the OP was asking about. My question is with these wheels having different widths from OE i should still have the same ride/handling/stance with the correct offsets for my model correct?

But thanks for your comment anyways (if indeed it was directed at me.)

No it wasn't. However, the offset of M and non-M X5 20" rears is pretty much the same, so unless the M's rear axle has wider track, the 27 mm offset of the Vossens may be an issue to any X5 - if not the fitment, then the looks. And aren't M wheels 10 and 11 in wide?

I called the guys at Vossen and he did NOT reccomend those wheels sizes for an x5. He said you could make them work...but it would not be ideal.

Off to the next idea for me. I'm glad I called them directly!

Did he explain why he won't recommend 20x9 and 20x10.5 for X5?

Those exact wheels did not have the correct offset.

Also, he said the rears would have to be bored out which I did not want to do.

Vossen makes the correct wheels which I am trying to order now!
