thank you for working with me on this.
I did as you said (by the way I think I said idrive by mistake before). I turned the car on and let it fully boot up. pressed the face and saw an icon of face on the screen, said options and waited two seconds before I started rotating the volume know clockwise at fast rate (other times at slow rate) still nothing. I think something is broken.
