What have you done to your E70 today?

received some resistor loads to hopefully get rid of my bulb out errors on my new led fogs....

CEL's for Throttle actuator popped up early in the week on my '11 X5D. Throttle flap seemed operational. Regen wouldn't run, per Carly. Had to put some miles on while waiting on the replacement part. Nervously watched the soot mass get up to 44g while waiting for the UPS truck.

Replaced the throttle body w/ OEM from FCP. Not too bad of a task, even for someone with minimal mechanical know-how such as myself. Took my time, and all said and done I think I was 1hr to remove, replace, and button everything back up.

Only oddity was the replacement filister bolts I grabbed were 4mm hex and the originals were 5mm. Same threads, just different heads.

Cleared codes, and I was good to go. Regen kicked back in as soon as I hit the highway!

Changed the brake fluid in my 35d, the colour of the stuff that came out was nasty!. Have new glow plugs and controller on order as I left my thermostat change too long, it took forever to come. I plan to clean up the intake manifold and swirl flaps together with changing the flow plugs since the manifold has to come off. I did have a regeneration blocked error on Rheingold but a long drive and a forced regeneration worked brilliantly, car seems to be running better. So much excellent info on this forum! Thanks to everyone, the info here has been invaluable!

Got a call from the dealer a week ago that they had the parts to change my passenger airbag. Got there and they discovered the parts had not been sent yet. Got her washed and waiting for my airbag parts.

I just ordered my EGR delete kit and swirl flap delete. Soon I'll be ordering the SCR/DEF delete exhaust components from Buzzken coupled with a Malone tune.

Replaced leaking vacuum reservoir new one.
also replaced associated vacuum lines with high temp silicone.

Replaced my chrome grills to black and turn signal bulbs to led bulbs!

Replaced my transfer case fluid and car runs great, no more slow speed shudder when turning. Also replaced the belt, belt tensioner and pulleys.

SPARK PLUGS! 8 of them ;-) At 45k miles they looked a bit overdue.
Not a bad job, replaced the three engine partition plastics while I was in there. Made me warm and fuzzy inside to get to know The Boss that much better.
