I actually replaced all the Orings that are accessable in the engine compartment except for the connection to the firewall. Has anyone pulled that connection apart to inspect/replace Orings? I wonder if that is the source of the very slow leak. I can add Freon in about 45 minutes each year but it should not be leaking. |

FWIW it's been almost three years since I had it recharged and it continues to work fine.

Had the same issue.
Possible Problems are: - low freon charge - HVAC mixing valve (also called Water Valve) - component where the valves are installed (I don't know the name) In my case: - recharged the system and issues came back. - replaced water valve and the issue came back. - replaced charge valves assembly and all good. Like everyone suggested start with recharge first. |
