Fixed that for ya. Aaaa bye bye.

A buddy of mine who is a box builder out of Maryville, WA (went to schools and everything) did the exact same thing for my very first enclosure he made me when I was running an RE Audio 8...he's also the same guy who's made me 3 seperate enclosure for the RE Audio DVC 12 in my 7. Either way, it happens, and our fix was to make a O ring that was big enough to screw down the ring and still have enough mounting surface for the sub itself, which actually added a hair more airspace moving the sub further out. Either way, simple mistake w/ an easy fix.

Would you please stop bashing people's kids! His children have nothing to do with this..... And let's put this into prospective. You two are upset with each other over a $150 speaker box. A SPEAKER BOX!!!! and you are gonna start calling his son gay??? What? Are you 13? Seriously man get a grip.

This is a BMW fourm. We all have good jobs. We pay our taxes, we dont steal our neighbors cable or wifi. We are the refined auto enthusies. Not, low life simple minded, name calling. When have you EVER called someone a name and they were "yeah, your right! I'm sorry"? Never gonna happen. So try a diffrent method. Please stop making this fourm LOOK LIKE A CHEVY PICKUP FOURM. We are better then that.

Hi. I'm interested in the subwoofer enclosure you are selling. Do you still make them? How much? Are they 10"? Do you use paypal to get paid? How do you ship?
Any wiring/installation tips for my 2001 BMW X5 non dsp with hualigan aftermarket head unit?

Thanks. Hope to hear from you soon.

Sheri - There is no danger to have the compartment door off. I choose to have mine off all the time actually. Of course, if you had to lug a massive item in your trunk with the tailgate open and it was pouring rain, I would definitely put the cover back on.
Installation is very easy. There are four screws connecting that white plastic fuse box to the frame. Just need to remove those, (don't worry, everything is harnessed in there quite securely) hold it out of the way, slide the box in, replace fuse box.
