The AUX gets installed into the wiring harness behind the nav screen (or it can go directly into the radio module back in the spare tire compartment).

The BMW TV module is in fact mono. I use the AUX as the sound source for my DVD player though, not the sound through the TV module.

I was hoping that would be the case I just wanted to make sure i have all the parts before I start,Can anyone explain which relay I need and how it is wired up

In the orignal artical I thought he used relays!

The Nav Tv Did not turn up in time so did not do the install but got the AUX cable in and working good with the I POD
