First make sure none of the pins in the connector are cut or pushed out. If not, you have a module that needs to be replaced.

Contact me directly at [email protected] and we'll get you taken care of.

If your referring to the connector that looks like a PS2 or S-video type connector on one end and the Ipod connector on the other I checked that and even tried another (I have 2 now) and I still have sound only from the right channel. I verified it was not with the converter for the DSP by moving the RCA plug from the right channel to the left and I got sound from the left channel. I will see if the shop that I bought it from locally has another to exchange it with otherwise I will send you an email.

Thanks for all your help.

I'm referring to the black 12-pin molex going into the DICE module, which is part of the trunk harness.

My Dice has the same problem as mentioned; the volume drops a little at the start of each new song. Is this Ipod or Dice?
Can I get the year of your X5 and if you have Business CD or Navigation? I also need to know your iPod Generation and Firmware version.

How DICE handle unicode charachters in ID3 tags?

I have cyrillic charachters in many songs, wonder how it's going to look.

I would like to mount iPod in CD changer area (2003 x5 with business CD. No DSP) and operate it through steering wheel only. Is all cables included to do that? I don't have CD Changer.

what is the latest DICE firmware version? How much does it cost to upgrade older unit?
