I have cyrillic charachters in many songs, wonder how it's going to look.

I would like to mount iPod in CD changer area (2003 x5 with business CD. No DSP) and operate it through steering wheel only. Is all cables included to do that? I don't have CD Changer.

what is the latest DICE firmware version? How much does it cost to upgrade older unit?
Everything is included with kit for a quick and pain-free installation, however DICE will only support Roman characters. Here's the kit you need:

DICE iPod Integration Kit for BMW

All kits are shipped with the latest firmware available at the time. Let me know if you have any further questions.

I guess I need to ask differently

I didn't expect it to support(display) cyrillic. But I need to know how it will work. Will it work at all? What's going to be displayed? Would firmware crash because of this?

It won't crash the DICE, just not display correctly. You would see a WingDings type font in music titles with foreign character sets.

Great.

More technical question if you don't mind...

I assume BMW headunit should have font's loaded. Do they have all languages supported or not?

Your BMW does not support this feature, sorry.
