Unhappy Problems with Video Module from EAS

I purchased a video module and bumblebee camera from European Auto Source.

I had the unit professionaly installed in my 2005 X5 and all worked well until we started the engine.

As soon s the engine started, the image which was relatively clear (with a few lines going up and down the screen), went green with wavy lines. The camera image could no longer be seen behind the lines but I could vaguely make out the Navigation menu.

I contacted the vendor European Auto Source, left a couple of messages but they never returned my call. I sent an email message but the only response was "What are you using for power? Can you move the power leads to see if this fixes the issue?"

I responded that the installer had tried several power leads, all with the same results.

I have not heard anything more from them and my emails about returning the unit have not been replied to.

Has anyone else had this problem (either with the unit or the supplier)?
