Search for what? Could you expand a bit further?

What was also missing was the automatical recalculation of the route. This feature was available with newer BM54 radios and TMC.

Since I have read that this version killed some navisystems I "downgraded again to V26 - and kept the angle view (unfortunately I can not change the view, otherwise I will loose the feature).

Another reason why I "downgraded" was the info that the official V26 is from an later date than the "birdview" version (so in principle I upgraded again to the V26).

I didn't know this was available on the High Navigation system, only professional (Dynamic Routing). Other than the manual Diversion option that is, which only takes the next available traffic incident into account.

Have you had a version of the Nav OS for High Nav systems (e.g. mk IV in X5) that allows automatic dynamic routing around traffic jams?

Sorry...

Go to Information and try to do a search for an specific place, be a restaurant or a store by name. In my case I only get back as a result the whole list of restaurants or stores regardless of the name that I input before.

Changing the map orientation did not make any difference in the search for me...

I personally cannot lose this feature, I use it too much to find not only places but telephone numbers. I rather wait for the official V27 -or whatever number- release if it ever happens...
