Is this normal? When I attempt to exchange the GIF pictures, both Gifs (=BMW= and the new splash) are absent from the GIF extractor program.

I could mail some of you guys the CD if you are still having problems after I sort everything out and test it on my car. Just specify what splash you want!

i've actually already installed a new splash screen on my NAV.
today, i was jsut going to help others out, but since downloading
the new GIFExtractor, i can not get that app. to work.

i'm pretty sure that i read in one of the other threads
that the image will still work and load the new gif. i've
been using CD-RW's; so, if it doesn't work, u don't have
a coaster.

Tino, thanks. How about adding a version number to the exe-File? Now there are many different GifExtractors around and you can't tell from the filename wether it's the right one. Just an idea...

Depends it should be OK on a 16:9 Screen but will look a bit Oblong on a 4:3 screen
