Nav Issues

Well i've been having spotty NAV for the past few days.
Basically it pretty much works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt work (it just says please wait a moment) and it does nothing.

I just upgraded the software from SW4-1/12 to SW4-1/80. I have a 2002-1 map dvd. (not sure if i did it right, but i followed the steps on this forum) and the update took about a minute only.
After the update, i put back the map dvd, and it just says please wait a moment.

Now...could the weather cause it to not work? Its been quite foggy lately.

i'm gonna search the forum to see if i can DL some newer maps.

thanks
franklin
