does anyone know what it means when you get a message in the hidden menu of the nav that says "antenna open"? I'm assuming it means that the antenna connection is not made. does that sound right?

I'm having a problem building an almanac and getting a GPS signal after upgrading to an MKIV from my old MKII. I've let the var sit out in the open, and i can see 8 satellites, but the GPS will not build the almanac.

Should i just try replacing the antenna cable and see what happens?
