Com port

The problem is com port.

Go to control panel in windows XP and have a look at "com ports" which is in "system" Device manager.

Identify which com ports are available. Then plug in the navcoder and you will see that a different com port will be established. Thereafter go to the
advanced settings and configure the USB com port to match the navcoder one.

This will solve.

I just checked the com ports, the USB com port and the NavCoder one are both 5, but I still get the same error message.
