Navcoder Errors

Hi Kiwijochen,

I have downloaded your lastest version and am doing the whole navcoder thing for the first time.

I got the german to make the ibus interface for me so I am sure your have dealt with his work before.

I am getting the following errors.

I have attached screenshots and the navcoder logs

Your help would me great.

Thanks in advance
Shane

NavCoder is working perfectly - telling you you have no ibus connection to the car.

Check your ibus interface is actually connected to the ibus

Thanks for the quick reply.

I have attached another pdf of the ibus interface.

I am not sure if the connection I am using is correct I read your readme file that came with the navcoder and I think I have the brown wire lined up with the ground pin see pictures.

As you can see in the picture there is a spare pin

Any advice here would be great.

Kiwijochen,

Sorry to waist your time here.

I changed laptops and used my old one that has Windows XP it your NAVCODER worked like a charm. I guess it must be an issue using vista.

Thanks

The FTDI USB chipset, that the Resler interface uses, requires drivers under Vista but not on XP. You can get them from http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm
