I'll keep my fingers crossed for you as well, Alfredo. IF you need another MkIII to replace yours, I may have one to sell you this afternoon.

No argument here. I'm hoping to do the same thing.

I am going to try to describe the process
Situation: No nav item on display
After proving to start with version 23. No visible result. I can't eject de CD again.
I close the car and go to my computer for more information.

After 1 hour I return to my garage. All in the car is off.

I open the trunk and the CD begin to spin. I try to eject again and this time it goes out.

I turn the car key to the position that turns on the accessories , after several seconds appears on the screen of the update process requesting that accepts the process.

I Accept and the system reset itself and then all is ok

I think that in this situation is necesary that the hardware in totaly off

Thanks for your help
