I found your guide on bimmerforum, and followed your procedure.

When i put the cdd in the nav it said it was an invalid disk and ejected it..

Is that because its not reading the cd, or because i did something wrong setting it up.?

Okey.

I downloaded the 27v.

I loaded the mdf image with daemon, and copied the whole content to my hard drive.

Then i opened usw_load file ound under Mk3\0116\BMWC01S\app_sw folder.

I replaced the language in the deutsch folder with the english language with navtweak 2.7, and saved the file in the smae location as before.

Then i installed an hex editor and edited the two files, sw_rel.tbl and lng_rel.tbl found under the Mk3\0116\BMWC01S\ folder. I changed the last line on the top to 0640app sw/.
(I have never done this before, so i really dont know if i did it right.)

Then i used mode2cdmaker to make a bin and cue file with all the edited files. Afterwards, i burnet a cd at 1x speed using imgburn.

According to img_burn, the image was a Mode2/form1 file.

When burned and checked, found no errors, i tried it with the nav system.

Thanks for all the help guys..

Don't extract all the image.... It is enough to take only app_sw and *.tbl files and then insert it into the image and save the image.......

I think this is the reason of error
