Nav DVD type question for E70 owners.

I recently noticed there seems to be two different DVD's for the E70 nav system (CCC (Car Communication Computer)/MOST BUS) System). They are:

DVD Professional 2009.1 65 90 2 147 677 (DVD-CCC)
DVD Professional 2009.1 65 90 2 165 623 (DVD5-CCC)

Does anyone know what the difference is between the two? I've attached a photo showing the two side by side. Some sources claim the first is the latest one, others claim the second one is the latest one. There is also an SIB discussing the second one (see attached SIB 652104)
