hahaha LOL! yeah ! Thats still too expensive, Id rather use that kind of money on performance headers.. Its actually incredible what it costs when its for a car???? You can get a DVT-T Tuner with everything for your home for 1/4 the price!

At this time being I dont have that kind of money, its not that important for me to watch tv.. I just thouhgt you could cheap buy something aftermarket. . .

Yeah you can buy something cheap, (I've seen a unit for £40, that will be fine), its just that it needs a remote... the i-bus interface is what the stupid money.

Now we´re talking! I will look into that in a few months.. have some other repairs first.. my MK4 among others!

If you want to keep your OEM setup them you can buy a DVB-T digital set-top box from BMW or look for an E46, E83 or E53 post September 2005 and buy the TV tuner out of it as it will be digital. Then it is a straight plug and play.
