The no voice dialing capabilities issue has been discussed all over the web since the iPhones inception. As others have said better to wait until the real deal arrives the we can see wazzz up. ;) I believe no voice dialing is a serious limitation of the majority of Blackberry devices as well correct. so i don't see this as a deal breaker either.

the marketing of the iphone is still at this point catered to the general population and not business user... BTW since the inception of the newer generation of the BB (pearl, 8800 etc), we do have voice dialing capabilities.

BMW Bluetooth Capable

Does anyone know if it can partner with 2002 BMW Bluetooth? That's what will decide if I buy one or not...

I knew someone was going to ask that  . Obviously, there is no way of knowing until someone tries it. IF, I get mine, I'll let you know. I have a 2002 w/Bluetooth.

Some details on the expected voice mail capabilities
iPhone will revolutionize the way customers access voice mail because it uses cutting-edge software—developed in part by AT&T and Apple—to allow users to view and listen to any voice mail message without going through all the ones that precede it.

This is the first time customers have been able to check voice mail in any order they want on a wireless phone in the United States.

Touch the voice mail icon on the iPhone screen and all your messages will appear in a list, just like email on a PC. Pick the message you want to listen or respond to first by touching it—iPhone automatically accesses that message.

It’s even easier to return a call. Just select the message, tap the call-back button and iPhone automatically dials the person who called you.

Another cool feature allows customers to play back any part of a voice mail message without having to listen to the entire message again. For example, if someone leaves you a four-minute long message and you missed the phone number or address they mentioned, just slide the playback bar to any point in the message and replay it as many times as you want.
