think i have a bad DICE DSP adapter. Everything else comes up on the display with no audio. Tapped into the fat brown wire for the ground and the green/red for power and nothing at all no sound. any thoughts Tom or team?

Just curious, why didn't you use the purple/white wire and a nearby bolt for ground? I feel like you may not be getting power - did you test the wires?

Recheck the wiring and test power/ground leads with a multimeter if handy - it's rare to ever see a bad DSP adapter.

Can you post a picture of your connections to verify it was wired up properly?

I see you have a MY04 X5, have you tried omitting the DSP adapter and just plugging into the 3/6 pin adapters?

There may be a change you are Analog DSP equipped, not requiring the adapter.

Just did with no change. Weird.

went to the DICE site again and it states i need a DSP adapter like the one i have, maybe it is a bad DSP unit? I have tried to call EAS as well. left messages no call back yet. back to the drawing board.
