How do I actually make the change using Navtweak ?

Open the navboot file with navtweak, then go to the strings tab, then select Lng_English.

To change the Version-Number from upper right in the settings-menue, you´ve got to download the id-text and replace it under modul:

ID-Text: BMW Individual

To create your own strings, so you´ve got to put an unused navboot and change the text with gifextractor.
Then you can extract it with navtweak (on the bottom in the modules) and so you can import your fresh selfmade-strings into your modded navboot.
