Definitions of repel on the Web:
cause to move back by force or influence; "repel the enemy"; "push back the urge to smoke"; "beat back the invaders"
be repellent to; cause aversion in
force or drive back; "repel the attacker"; "fight off the onslaught"; "rebuff the attack"
rebuff: reject outright and bluntly; "She snubbed his proposal"
disgust: fill with distaste; "This spoilt food disgusts me"
to drive back; to fight against

I didn't do well on my SAT's; I should've taken the ACT but it's too late now.

Everything Lexus does is Bimmer or Benz! Sad!

BlueX5guy, that is scarily familiar! I don't know what I was thinking earlier. I guess I was just thinking of the rest of the angles too!

Can anyone find the W221 picture in a side angle like the 7er and the LS460? I tried searching for one but couldn't find it.

Lexus' new goal is BMW. I think they'll unveil the IS coupe when BMW unveils the 3coupe.

Just another entry in the long list of car companies that rip others off. It's too bad it's so shameless, so transparent. You just have to know that the 7 is a vastly superior automobile to the LS, no matter what the visual similarities. Just like the IS isn't the 3-series, or the Chrysler 300 isn't a Bentley, or the 350z isn't a 911 - the LS is not a 7!

As much as I don't like Chris Bangle's desgins, at least they are catching on with the masses, and doing well enough for other automakers to straight-up copy them.

Well the big 7's IDrive is now being copied by the new S-class as well and a little while ago MB was making fun of the IDrive in their commercial.

Yep, Audi used the concept for their MMI system too, granted they made it a lot better. The Acura RL system is similar to MMI. Man that 7series spawned a lot of new stuff.

Thats right you can get the same exact out of Lexus...and get this...NOOOO service issues...it is an AMAZING concept yes I know...I will admit...I love the Japenese when it comes to realiablity and I love the Germans and the roadfeel...now if we could just take both cars and run them into eash other at 80mphs and see if we could have the best of both worlds!

Well Lexus is really good at copying designs.

Remember their first-ever RX300 SUV? That thing was a complete rip off from Benz's first-gen ML.
