Well, maybe they told me this because they didn't have one w/sp pkg on the lot, but the short of it is that for such a luxurious car its better to keep the ride just that, luxurious. With sports pkg the ride tends to be bumpier and not as comfy and most ppl dont prefer that. With that said, if this car was for me, I'd get sports pkg for sure (as with my 330i and x5). But this car is for my dear mother, who could careless for more sportiness nor would she know the difference.
