Stupid stuff like that. Yet when idiots from my high school are drunk driving or partying hard they are no where to be found... The cops in my town waste their time on stupid priorities.
I don't have anything against cops in general, but the cops in my town, and the cop that dinanm3 encountered aren't the best of the breed. Besides when I call 911, the firemen are the first to show at the scene anyway...
You've obviously never been to california... Here 80% of the cars don't have license plates. Many BMW dealerships don't even deliver cars with front plates any more. If you want a front plate you have to ask them for it...
I'd have a hard time justifying as a cop that the majority of the cars on the road are 'stolen' at any given time...

Actually, I lived in Hermosa Beach for 3 years and San Francisco for 6 months so yes, I do know about how cars are delivered in CA. My uncle was also a copy in berkley for over 20 years and chief of police in Sea Side for another 2.
I don't know what part of CA you live in, but there's no way in hell that 80% of cars in CA don't have plates, and EVERy car when registered gets 2 plates. I've lived there, I work there 2 weeks out of every 3 months and I have family in SD and SF....
Also, I'm born and bred Long Islander, Nassau county to be specific. Look up on the internet which 2 counties have the highest paid Law Enforcement divisions and you'll see that it's Nassau and Suffolk Counties in NY.
thanks for your observations, but you're completely wrong.
