HR 5037 (The Respect for America's Fallen Heroes Act) has passed in the House by a vote of 408 - 3 on 9 May 2006, and was received in the Senate yesterday. Those who voted against the bill were Barney Frank (RAT - Massachusetts), Ron Paul (Republican - Texas), and David Wu (RAT - Oregon).

So, only TWO democrats and 1 republican opposed it? Seems to me this was a BIPARTISAN decision.
