Need Ideas: Help please...

Ok people, I need a favor. I’m planning on taking the CEO on a nice romantic beachy vacation the week of August 19 thru August 27. I don’t really have a budget, I’ll pay the price as long as it’s worth it. I would prefer it to be somewhere outside the hurricane belt which would basically rule out Florida, Mexico and the upper Carribean.I wanna go to a place where there’s a good mix of natural beauty and decent touristic accomodations. I’ve been doing some thinking and theses are the places I came up with:

1.Phutek (Thailand): maybe a little wet this time of the year.
2.Rio (Bresil): Winter 50% beach winter
3.Hammamet (Tunisia): Been there, done that.
4.Bora Bora (French Polynesia):Too overpriced and overcrowded in August
5.Aruba: maybe, still hesitant! It looks a little too arid to me
6.Costa Del Sol (Spain): hotels already booked as well as Ibiza.
7.Hawai:Too Americanized for me.

Maybe you guys have some ideas, any suggestions would be welcome and greatly appreciated because I’m running out of ideas and I need to book this preferably by the end of this week.
Thanks Y’all

well, after reading your list, this might not be what you're thinking of, but believe it or not, I would take a look at the Surf Club in Montauk Long Island... it's not Hamptons crazy, the beaches are spectacular, it's not going to break your wallet, and you can be in the hamptons in about 20 minutes if you want to hob nob with the jet setters.

I am taking my CEO to Malta in September. (I live in Florida so I can understand you not wanting to be anywhere near a hurricane!)

Its a dirty job... but somebody has to do it!

If you need a personal assistant, let me know... I can be rather handy Especially when it involves a tropical beach.

That all depends on how well the CEO behaves

Another place I saw some AMAZING pics from... Barbados...
Some areas were not the best, but then the other pics I saw made it all worth while...
