LOL..I really didnt know they were that bad! My sister has a 9-3 and she loves the thing...But after doing a little surfing about them, I guess they are pretty sucky...

My sister had a 9-5. It broke down so often that the dealer bought it back.

LOLOLOLOL...Dude, youre making ME mad now...I was about this close to stepping into a GX470...I love my X, but I still have this "what if" faces when I see one..The ONLY time I have that face...

Well what do you expect. If BMW designed its vehicles to simply cruise their reliability would be a lot better.

BMW's are meant to be driven - hard. And they are. You can't push the envelope and expect amazing reliability.

However, the new-gen BMW's do hold a lot of promise... (in terms of reliability)
